Suddenly I was hungry again, so I found a burger shop. When I went there at 19:20, there was no one in the shop. I wondered if it was unreliable.
As a pineapple lover, I ordered East Bridge (I don’t know why it’s called this) without hesitation (crossed out), took photos, pressed them, and wrapped them with oil paper.
Take a bite without sauce first.
Eh, it doesn’t taste good.
Oh no, it’s not right, it has an aftertaste.
This burger is different from the ones I’ve had so far. The other burger shops have a feeling of being one in the same vein, but the younger generation is better than the older generation. But this one is a completely different style. The beef patty is the store’s recommended medium rare. It is juicy when you bite it. The bread underneath is very thick and has a good texture, and dressing is sprinkled inside. Their bread is sweeter than other places, but not greasy, and it echoes the tomatoes and pineapples sandwiched inside. The sweetness that hits you in the second half of chewing and the pepper squeezed into the patty collide with each other and leave an endless aftertaste.
The sauce is also very interesting. It tastes sour and salty when eaten alone, but it tastes especially good when sprinkled on the patty. There is no ketchup or mustard in this burger. This sauce is a bit like a mixture of mustard and teriyaki sauce, which is very flavorful!
I didn't have high expectations before coming here, and this was an unexpected surprise.
